Annette Jackson
CEO/President
Annette Jackson has a lifelong passion for people and cultures, and has traveled extensively in the U.S. and abroad. Growing up in Chicago, she has always displayed leadership skills with a creative imagination. She’s a strong and compassionate realist. As an innovator, everything she touches turns to gold. Ms. Jackson is a determined christian business-minded woman who believes that she is a creative force without limits and can do whatever she sets her mind too. She been blessed to meet many powerful individuals in her life who have inspired her and allowed her to find a lasting inheritance of wisdom and prosperity.
Ms. Jackson has been a successful entrepreneur for over 15 years and is always pursuing new business opportunities to master. To her credits, she was the Vice President of an entertainment production company, Vice President/CFO of an on-line magazine, co-founder and co-host for a women’s support group, a property manager for a real estate company, and owner of 2 childcare facilities before developing Anaja Enterprises.
Annette is about visions and results. It's not about where her dreams take her, but where she takes her dreams. As an outgoing professional, she loves to connect and network with positive people. She enjoys putting ideas into action that will produce results with life changing moments for her clients and herself. As an ambitious individual with a love for media and entertainment, Annette knows that successful business people understands the practical realities their clients face and know how to bring forth the individual results needed. Annette has two children, Natasha and Tirrell and is so thankful that God allowed her the opportunity to touch lives and help others to break the cycles of destructive behaviors and turn their inspirations into realities.

Ramsey A. Thunder Sr. "So Says MR.THUNDER"
Vice Pesident
Ramsey Thunder believes that everyone has a destiny and your destiny is to succeed and no one is destine to fail. Destiny is fulfilled by living your Dreams which is the data downloaded from God to run your Program of Destiny.
Ramsey has 3 Children (Ramsey Jr., Skye, Taylor) Growing up in Milwaukee, WI he was born into a life filled with struggle, young parents, a blended family and borderline poverty at some points. However his Parents instilled in him that his life is determined by no one other than himself and nothing is given to him. He was raised to work for everything he got. His success at a young age started with being a your entrepreneur, starting several small businesses ventures for himself using the God given talents given to him. Anything from selling his Art work, Setting up a snack shop, or getting paid to help other learn a craft that was natural to him, he always did things that helped and made people happy.
Ramsey meet Annette Jackson in the Summer of 2010, he was introduced to the play "Confessions of a Man" from which a great relationship started and business followed. From that connection he was asked to be the Vice President of Anaja' Enterprises. Where his responsibility consist of many things including, Graphics, Web design, Meeting planning, Artist management, and life coaching. Ramsey has many motto's that he loves to live by, the main one however is "What you won't do, someone is out there dying to do". He uses this as motivation to create a path for excellence in this business working with Annette Jackson is an honor and along with the support of others, Ramsey continues to create long lasting memories for everyone to enjoy.
Past accomplishments have been:
Graduation to 10% of his Class of 97
Obtaining a full athletic scholarship to the University of Minnesota
A member of the National Honor Society
A Member of "Who's who in academics"
A Member or "Who's who in athletics"

Randy Dillion
Board President
Randy's personal training career began while studying Athletic Injury and Kinesiology at Morehead State University in 1988. Obtained a trainers license from the American Council on Exercise ACE in 1991 while in the USMC and training individuals under the Presidents Fitness initiative. Went on to obtain a Master Trainer certification and certified Nutritionist in 2003. Training resume consist of stops at the Jewish Community Center JCC, YMCA North side Branch, Bally's, Ford Modeling Agency (Chicago) and Just Classes. In 2005 Randy founded Strictly Fitness and opened the current studio located on 62nd and Capitol Dr. Recent highlights include being voted one of the top three personal training studios in the Milwaukee area in WISN's A-List contest for 2010.
Karen Stokes
Board Member (Media Relations)
Karen Stokes, a native of Wisconsin has a 22 year career in the Media industry. Karen began her broadcasting career while studying at Cardinal Stritch University where in she obtained a degree in Interpersonal Communication. She has also done on-air broadcasting at 1290 WMCS, V100 and WJMZI. Karen has experience in sales and marketing for Media outlets such as radio, television, print and outdoor media.
Karen is married and has 3 children, Kandance, Nicholas and Elijah, with one grand daughter Alexys.

Curtis Flemming Jr.
Board Member
Curtis Fleming is the Owner/ Chief Operations Officer of Executive Commercial Cleaning LLC. In this position, he manages the daily operational and administrative areas of Execomm2010. He’s generally responsible for contract negotiations, resolving contractual issues, and developing pricing and proposal strategies for contract bidding managing finances and other operations, including quality control, personnel matters, and internal systems and business processes. Curtis is currently in pursuit of his bachelor degree in the foundations of business. (Class of 2012’)
Curtis founded Executive Commercial Cleaning LLC in 2010 and has landed major contracts with several government agencies in addition to several medical facilities as well. Curtis is also the founder of Executive Parents a program geared to help at risk youth who are young parents.
Curtis is a native of the Chicago, Ill area and moved to Milwaukee, WI in 1992 after graduating from high school. He is the proud father of three sons, Nicholas, Brandon, and Di’ Centron
